Job Duties
- Oversee store scheduling and manage employee shifts
- Handle food and beverage orders including inventory management
- Hire, train, and develop store staff into an efficient team
- Manage essential business costs to maximize profitability
- Maintain store cleanliness and participate in pizza making to lead by example
- Foster a competitive and supportive team culture
- Work closely with the Area Supervisor to meet regional goals
