As a Dishwasher/Utility team member at Red Lobster, your primary role will be to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across all restaurant areas. This includes washing and sanitizing all dishes, utensils, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen tools. You will be responsible for operating dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently, managing kitchen and other area trash, and supporting kitchen staff with prep work such as preparing Red Lobster’s signature Cheddar Bay Biscuits. The role requires a strong focus on teamwork, attention to detail, and compliance with all safety and cleanliness protocols. Emphasizing customer and team-centered decisions ensures that every action contributes to the high standards expected by both guests and colleagues.

To succeed in this physically demanding position, candidates must be able to stand for long shifts of 8 to 12 hours and safely lift up to 30 pounds. The ability to bend, reach, and squat, along with effective multitasking and teamwork skills, is essential.
