Job Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- previous culinary experience preferred but not required
- ability to work in a fast-paced setting standing for up to 8 hours daily
- ability to frequently squat and bend
- strong sense of urgency and teamwork
- ability to uphold food safety and sanitation best practices
- reliable transportation to and from work
- physical stamina to lift 20 pounds and work in varying temperatures

Job Duties
- Ensuring the cleanliness and quality of every dish, pot, pan, utensil, and item used in the kitchen
- following food safety and sanitation standards consistently
- monitoring dish machine operation temperatures
- verifying proper detergents and sanitizer levels
- abiding by Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for chemical use
- maintaining safe and organized kitchen walkways
- assisting with kitchen prep work, food order storage, and produce rotation
