Job Requirements
- Must meet the minimum age requirement and authorized to work in the country applied
- ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds safely
- ability to stand and move for 8 to 12 hour shifts
- commitment to following cleanliness and safety protocols
- physical stamina to meet job demands
Job Qualifications
- Culinary experience preferred
- team player with attention to detail
- ability to multi-task
- ability to work long shifts of 8 to 12 hours
- ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing
- good communication skills
Job Duties
- Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the restaurant
- cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans and cooking utensils
- safely and correctly operating the dishwasher and other equipment
- emptying all trash in the kitchen and other areas
- supporting the cooks with prep work, including preparation of signature Cheddar Bay biscuits
- focusing on team and guests in every decision
- following all cleanliness and safety protocols
