Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years relevant experience in revenue management
- proficiency in Microsoft Excel and revenue management software
- ability to analyze data accurately
- excellent communication skills
- capability to work calmly and solve problems logically
- physical ability to perform job duties involving some physical effort and prolonged stationary periods
- maintain confidentiality
- willingness to work in varying environmental conditions
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- strong organization and prioritization skills
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate
- 2-3 years experience as a Revenue Manager
- fluency in English with strong written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills
- proficiency in MS Excel and Springer Miller software
- knowledge of yield management and forecasting
- college degree preferred
- fluency in a second language, preferably Spanish
- experience with MS PowerPoint, DataVision, Salesforce, IDEAS, and Google Analytics
- prior hospitality experience in 4 or 5-star hotel or resort preferred
Job Duties
- Analyze and forecast revenue to optimize financial performance
- implement yield management strategies and pricing policies
- prepare and present key analytical reports on market trends and resort positioning
- communicate continuously with Reservations, Sales and Marketing, and other internal departments
- liaise with external stakeholders including guests, owners, and travel partners
- assess demand fluctuations and recommend operational adjustments such as pricing changes, stay restrictions, or property closures
- oversee staff performance, provide training, and ensure service standards and confidentiality
