Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in coffee bar or food service management preferred
- Ability to taste, smell, and test products
- Physical ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform repetitive movements
- Mental alertness for safe and accurate task completion
- Ability to use cleaning supplies, safety cutters, compactors, and checkstand equipment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Commitment to safety and compliance
- Willingness to handle temperature exposure in work environment

Job Duties
- Champion company and division customer service programs to meet or exceed customer service goals
- Handle customer relations and resolve complaints positively
- Prepare specialty drinks and beverages and stock pastry and display cases
- Order, receive, and break down loads
- stock, display, and rotate products according to quality and vendor requirements
- Maintain and clean production equipment
- Operate cash register and scanner
- monitor cash handling procedures
- Liaise with vendors and ensure compliance
- Supervise, motivate, train, and participate in hiring personnel
- Schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage and budget goals
- Monitor associate performance and recommend personnel actions
- Conduct daily inspections for stock, sanitation, safety, and security
- Assist with coffee bar duties such as cleaning, stocking, storage, and service
- Implement promotional and seasonal displays
- control shrink and expenses
- Complete and monitor reports, inventories, and records
- Maintain and organize work, sales, backroom, cooler, and freezer areas
- Ensure proper merchandising and pricing of products
- Answer and respond to incoming calls and resolve customer complaints
- Conduct weekly sales meetings and maintain confidentiality
- Perform job duties safely, honestly, and with integrity
- Other necessary duties as required
