Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Availability to work Monday through Friday from 7 am to 4 pm with possible overtime
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer literacy including Microsoft Office 365 proficiency
- Commitment to adhere to company policies and procedures

- Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
- Capability to handle a fast-paced call center environment
- Well-organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent time-management skills
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, especially Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel
Job Duties
- Receive inbound phone calls and dispatch calls to the appropriate department
- Resolve customer problems and refer problems to appropriate department when necessary
- Perform routine administrative activities such as answering phones, taking messages, distributing mail, filing, and maintaining office supplies or other inventory
- Collect, compile, and verify information for accurate entry into reports, presentations, forms, and databases
- Respond to or redirect routine inquiries from external/internal sources about the organization, its activities, or processes
- Participate in meetings and communicate concerns to management
- Follow all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures
- Perform other duties or functions as requested by management
