As a Customer Service Representative at Uline, you will become an essential part of the team that directly interacts with customers to process their orders, recommend products, and handle account inquiries. The role requires a strong customer focus, attention to detail, and the ability to master the use of world-class technology systems to ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience. This opportunity includes a pay range from $27 to $32 per hour with a $2 shift differential, along with significant growth and earning potential. You will engage with customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat, building strong business relationships while understanding and identifying customer needs to recommend the best Uline solutions. The position also involves assisting customers with navigating the company’s website and online ordering platform, which is crucial for enhancing the overall customer experience. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills
- Prior customer service experience is a plus but if eager to learn training will be provided
- Must be able to work onsite in Kenosha branch
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
