The Customer Service Management Trainee role is designed to provide comprehensive on-the-job training that covers all facets of customer service management. Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong track record of customer-focused service, teamwork and attention to detail
- Prior leadership or management experience is a plus
- Willingness to work full-time on-site
- Ability to handle various shifts in a 24/7 operation
- Successful completion of pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
