Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education
- experience in customer service or hospitality
- knowledge of profit and loss management
- effective communication skills
- strong organizational skills
- understanding of contract administration
- familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- willingness to relocate
- valid driver's license preferred
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required by May 2025 or earlier
- experience in customer service or hospitality within restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, or similar food service operations required
- basic knowledge of profit and loss management, inventory control, and cash handling
- effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with peers, employees, clients, and customers
- strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- basic understanding of contract administration and client relations
- up-to-date on food and catering trends, focusing on quality, production, sanitation, safety, and marketing
- proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet applications
- open to relocation for the right role or advancement opportunity
- driver's license preferred but may be required for certain roles
