Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a culinary or hospitality college program or have 1 year of industry experience
- Meet university GPA requirement for internship
- Successful completion of sanitation standards training
- Successful completion of relevant knife skills and/or introductory culinary or hospitality coursework
- Availability to work 20 to 40 hours per week based on business needs and internship requirements
- Ability to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation
- Commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace

- Ability to work 20 to 40 hours a week
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Job Duties
- Prepare menu items across all kitchen stations
- Rotate through various stations including pizza/pasta, deli, salad bar, grill, and international cuisine
- Engage with guests and tailor plates to their dietary needs
- Review culinary and front-of-house standards
- Learn about wellness and sustainability initiatives
- Adhere to platinum service customer standards
- Consistently practice safety and sanitation protocols
- Assist with catering events, including setup and execution
- Develop professional relationships and enhance interpersonal skills
- Rotate through front-of-house roles in the café, catering, and coffee shop
- Provide consistently friendly and courteous service to guests
- Support catering events by setting up, arranging buffet stations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing cleanup
- Assist with marketing tasks, including signage, seasonal decorations, and food holiday communications
- Ensure compliance with company policies and client expectations
