Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- physical ability to lift 25-70 pounds
- ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 10 hours
- willingness to work flexible schedules
- prior kitchen experience preferred
- food handler's certification is a plus

- ability to follow company recipes and presentation standards
- previous cooking experience preferred

Job Duties
- complete all assigned prep work
- set up cooks station
- maintain product presentations
- ensure product quality
- meet cook time standards
- prepare all menu items according to company recipes, plate presentations, and specifications
- set up and clean equipment
- verify stock
- maintain a clean work area
