Food Handlers certification obtained within 90 days of hire
Ability to push, pull, and grip up to 50 pounds
Ability to pinch up to 10 pounds
Must work full time

Job Duties

Responsible for food production in all areas of the department
Use various methods of cookery to prepare meals
Produce quality, eye appealing food products within allotted time
Operate all food preparation equipment safely and efficiently including oven, grill, chopper, slicer, blender, mixer, and steamer
Follow food safety standards and obtain Food Handlers certification within 90 days
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
Perform related duties as assigned
