Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
ability to provide excellent customer service
friendly and approachable demeanor
reliable and punctual
ability to stand for extended periods
flexible availability including early mornings
adherence to company uniform policy

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
strong communication and interpersonal skills
friendly and outgoing personality
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
basic knowledge of local area and attractions
ability to work early morning shifts

Job Duties

Maintain a clean dining room and service area
provide professional and prompt service with attention to guest needs
arrive to work in uniform with a smile and can-do attitude
restock food and supplies as needed
continuously clean area to ensure consistent guest experience
engage with guests on local area information and plans
communicate guest concerns to management
