Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in high-demand customer service environment preferred
- Availability to work third shift Sunday-Thursday 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
- Ability to interact professionally with residents and guests
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as property walks
- Strong organizational skills
