Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Valid Texas Driver's License required
- Excellent communication skills required
- Strong problem-solving skills required
- Understanding of HIPAA required
- Proficient in PC skills including Microsoft Office
- Must be willing to undergo a routine background check

- Willingness to undergo a routine background check
Job Duties
- Remain alert throughout the shift to respond quickly to emergencies or requests for assistance
- Monitor all incoming public traffic and assist with questions
- Track incoming and outgoing residents and guests
- Receive guests and others in a courteous, polite, and warm manner
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of common areas and visible public spaces
- Respond to the needs of residents, families, prospective residents, vendors, and visitors by providing immediate and courteous assistance
- Lock and unlock doors at designated times according to community protocol
- Answer telephone, determine the nature of calls, and relay information or route calls as appropriate
- Operate paging and telephone system
- Make hourly rounds inside and outside the community to ensure safety
- Escort residents, staff, or visitors to their vehicles and park residents’ vehicles upon request
- Assist with maintenance orders through an electronic system
- Address equipment malfunctions and assist with repairs as appropriate
- Monitor emergency calls, doors, and fire alarms, and respond following established protocols
- Set up or take down activities as requested
- Maintain professional appearance and good hygiene per company policies
