Job Requirements
- Must be able to work every Thursday from 4 PM to 8 PM
- Must be available every other Friday from 4 PM to 8 PM
- Must be available every other Sunday from 8 AM to 8 PM
- Ability to engage warmly with residents, guests, and team members
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Capable of monitoring security and emergency systems effectively
- Must be dependable and able to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to handle administrative tasks accurately
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and handle diverse inquiries
- Basic knowledge of office equipment and computer applications
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
- Reliable and punctual with the ability to work scheduled shifts
Job Duties
- Welcome and engage residents, guests, and fellow associates in person and via telephone
- Direct all calls and inquiries to the appropriate associate
- Promote programs and events that are taking place at the community
- Monitor security systems, including the emergency call system, and respond accordingly
- Assist the Business Office Manager with ordering supplies, filing, and data input
- Maintain a pleasant and organized front desk environment
- Provide general administrative support as needed
