Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years property management experience
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Computer proficiency with Windows and Apple systems
  • Availability to work full shifts on-site including evenings and weekends
  • Capability to assist with move-ins move-outs and turns beyond normal hours
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly

Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate college degree preferred
  • At least 2 years experience in property management or related fields
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Proficient in Office products and Windows and Apple operating systems
  • Experience leasing in student housing
  • Strong background in social media marketing
  • Proficient in Canva or similar design tools
  • Familiarity with Entrata software or similar property management platforms

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise all leasing staff ensuring optimal team performance and development
  • Provide guidance and support to leasing office staff including training performance management and addressing issues
  • Formulate marketing strategies and organize in-house and external events
  • Ensure timely completion of leasing and marketing reports
  • Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and legal requirements
  • Uphold brand and company standards maintaining exceptional property presentation
  • Collaborate with Property Manager on special projects and complete assigned HR tasks
  • Work full shifts on-site including evenings and weekends
  • Assist with move-outs turns and move-ins beyond normal hours
  • Lift and move objects up to 50 pounds regularly
