Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work minimum 15 hours per week
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and overtime
  • Experience in customer service or community engagement preferred
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Capacity to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach frequently during shifts
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive as needed

  • Proven ability to lead and work effectively within teams
  • Demonstrated integrity and respect towards others and company principles
  • Strong communication skills including effective writing and speaking
  • Ability to actively listen and provide constructive feedback

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Job Duties

  • Ensure availability to work a minimum of 15 hours each week as determined by the Community Manager
  • Commit to working full shifts of at least 3 hours per shift on-site
  • Be flexible to work additional hours including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed
  • Assist with move-outs, turn, and move-ins beyond standard hours
  • Complete all prospect tours of the community
  • Follow up with assigned prospects promptly
  • Plan, implement, and perform marketing duties and resident events
  • Maintain Lifestyle by Core brand standards across the community
  • Assist in securing partnership opportunities
  • Curate content for social media and marketing materials
  • Post to social media as directed
  • Create marketing materials using Canva
  • Handle evening and overnight on-call and round duties
  • Present to student organizations and attend sponsored events
  • Assist in outbound marketing and leasing activities
  • Complete special projects as assigned
  • Ensure compliance with all Core Spaces policies and procedures
  • Maintain product presentation to meet brand and company standards
