Job Duties
- Overseeing the setup, service, and breakdown of events
- coordinating staffing and managing event staff
- coordinating and communicating all event operations with the client, kitchen staff, etc.
- overseeing and participating in the preparation of meals and beverages
- preparing the banquet room or area for the event, serving customers, and cleaning up after the event
- ensuring courteous, prompt service for all event functions according to established guidelines
- performing any other tasks as necessary
