  • food handler's certification (nice to have)
  • previous experience in a management or supervisory role (nice to have)

Job Duties

  • Overseeing the setup, service, and breakdown of events
  • coordinating staffing and managing event staff
  • coordinating and communicating all event operations with the client, kitchen staff, etc.
  • overseeing and participating in the preparation of meals and beverages
  • preparing the banquet room or area for the event, serving customers, and cleaning up after the event
  • ensuring courteous, prompt service for all event functions according to established guidelines
  • performing any other tasks as necessary
