- High school diploma or equivalent
- Culinary arts degree preferred
- 1 to 3 years cooking experience including prep and catering execution
- ServSafe certification
- First Aid training
- Self-starter who takes ownership and thrives in a team-oriented environment

Job Duties
- Maintain accurate production and temperature logs including food usage, overages/shortages, customer counts, and all required cooling, holding, and storage temperatures
- Time food production so all items are ready for service following function sheets to meet menu specifications and event timelines
- Produce and maintain prep sheets and duty rosters to support efficient daily workflow
- Store, label, and date all food items according to safety and quality standards
- Communicate production needs and operational concerns to the Executive Chef promptly and appropriately
