Job Duties
- Preparing the banquet room or area for the event
- serving customers
- cleaning up after the event
- delivering and/or serving food and beverages to customers
- greeting customers promptly and in a friendly manner
- explaining menu items
- taking orders and offering follow-up items to improve the event
- ensuring courteous, prompt service for all event functions according to established guidelines
