Job Duties
- Preparing the banquet room or area for the event
- serving customers
- cleaning up after the event
- delivering and serving food and beverages to customers
- greeting customers promptly and in a friendly manner, explaining menu items, taking orders, and offering follow-up items
- ensuring courteous, prompt service for all event functions according to established guidelines
- ensuring that service follows health code regulations
