Cashiers are the frontline of guest interaction, responsible for taking orders, processing payments, assisting with prizes, and ensuring a fun and safe experience for every guest. The cashier role demands excellent customer service skills and an energetic, enthusiastic personality. Employees must be flexible to work various shifts and capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing/pulling, walking, and squatting during shifts. The work environment includes exposure to flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises, requiring the ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and coworkers.
