Job Requirements
- Available to work Black Friday and during the holiday season
- Availability to work at least one open, one close, and one weekend shift weekly

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or barista roles preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for outdoor activities and product knowledge related to Arc'teryx offerings
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Adaptability and flexibility to meet changing business needs
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Problem-solving skills and self-motivation
Job Duties
- Delivering a best-in-class brand experience to guests through crafting menu offerings and being attentive to their needs
- Championing Arc'teryx as a brand ambassador both in-store and in the community
- Developing personal and professional passions with team support
- Supporting store leadership on projects and brand initiatives to elevate guest experience
- Providing feedback on in-store experience to drive sales
- Maintaining clean work areas and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
- Cleaning and maintaining café space and equipment as directed by the Café Manager
- Collaborating openly with team members and store leadership
- Assisting in various store tasks as assigned by leadership
- Using Point-of-Sale systems to process guest transactions accurately and efficiently
- Receiving and unpacking inventory boxes weighing between 5 to 30 lbs
