Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years of serving or related experience in a full service restaurant
- Current food handler's card
- Alcohol service certification as required by federal/state/local law
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service/hospitality
- Excellent guest service skills
- Willingness to perform other duties as required
- Ability to lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently
- Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel frequently
- Routine standing for duration of shift
- Ability to maneuver hand carts, blenders, knives, slicers, wine keys, and other tools
- Availability to work scheduled shifts determined by business needs
Job Qualifications

- Assist servers with food delivery to guests
- Maintain table cleanliness by clearing and setting tables according to Tommy Bahama standards
- Keep a clean and sanitary environment for team members and guests
- Work effectively as a team player to support crew
- Ensure routine standing and physical activity during shifts
- Adhere to safety and health protocols for food and beverage service
