Job Duties
- Prepare the dining room before service
- clean and cloth tables
- set decorations, condiments, candles, etc
- maintain cleanliness of menus
- remove completed courses and replenish utensils
- ensure dining room is well-stocked and tidy
- assist servers with clearing and resetting tables
