Job Duties
- Demonstrate genuine hospitality during every interaction with guests
- welcome guests and determine beverage preferences
- abide by all state and federal liquor regulations
- attend pre-shift meetings to review information
- adhere to all food safety and quality regulations
- handle cash and credit card transactions
- record drink orders into the POS system
- maintain a clean working environment by cleaning bar, tables, glasses, and equipment
- prepare fruit, syrups, garnishes, glassware, and bar equipment before and during service
- respond promptly to guest requests
- upsell drink and food items
- arrange glasses and bottles into attractive displays
- perform basic cleaning tasks as needed
- answer guest questions about food and beverage preparation
- maintain consistent productivity
- perform other duties as assigned
