Job Duties

  • Demonstrate genuine hospitality during every interaction with guests
  • welcome guests and determine beverage preferences
  • abide by all state and federal liquor regulations
  • attend pre-shift meetings to review information
  • adhere to all food safety and quality regulations
  • handle cash and credit card transactions
  • record drink orders into the POS system
  • maintain a clean working environment by cleaning bar, tables, glasses, and equipment
  • prepare fruit, syrups, garnishes, glassware, and bar equipment before and during service
  • respond promptly to guest requests
  • upsell drink and food items
  • arrange glasses and bottles into attractive displays
  • perform basic cleaning tasks as needed
  • answer guest questions about food and beverage preparation
  • maintain consistent productivity
  • perform other duties as assigned
