Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- Adhere to store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, safety and security
- Engage effectively with customers and respond to their needs through clear communication
- Prepare food and beverages following standard or customized recipes
- Capability to perform multiple tasks within the store during each shift
- Ability to work cooperatively with team members
