- ensure proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of serving temperatures following HACCP standards
- maintain sanitation and orderliness of equipment, supplies and utensils
- greet customers courteously and ensure customer satisfaction
- explain daily menu items accurately and assist customers in purchase decisions
