Job Requirements
- Experience in the customer service or hospitality industry
- 18+ years of age
- able to lift 25+ lbs and stand for long periods
- availability that meets the needs of the cafes
- part time: 15-25 hours per week, 3 days availability including 2 peak days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
- full time: 30-40 hours per week, 4-5 days availability including 2 peak days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
- weekend and holiday availability preferred
- authorized to work in the U.S.

Job Duties
- Delight customers with consistent, welcoming and engaging customer service
- work within a world-class coffee program using the best coffee equipment and product in the industry to prepare the tastiest drinks
- complete all training to ensure proper handling of food and beverages for freshness and quality
- have systems in place to avoid wastage of product with both food and beverage, adjusting par levels according to business needs
- maintain local department of health standards at all times
- demonstrate full knowledge and adherence to all product, service and brand training playbooks
- participate in initiatives with operations and marketing teams to increase foot traffic, sales and develop a loyal customer base
