Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends
- Ability to stand and walk for an entire shift
- Ability to safely handle cleaning solutions, alcohol, and other liquids
- Willingness to perform physical labor and work in crowded spaces
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in barback or hospitality role preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations calmly
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Job Duties
- Stock/restock appropriate areas of the bar with alcohol, glassware, ice and supplies
- Arrange and set-up beverages, mixes, garnishes and supplies, and prepare drink mixes
- Assist bartenders with side work, glass washing, bussing and restocking
- Assist with busser, food runner and barista duties as directed
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards of bar, coolers and storage areas
- Safely transport filled glass racks, ice and cases of liquor, beer and wine
- Recognize and report intoxicated guests to management
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines and complete alcohol awareness training
