Job Description
As a bar-back, you will be the right hand to our bartenders, providing essential support to keep the bar running efficiently. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining stock levels, replenishing supplies, assisting bartenders during busy service times, and ensuring the bar area remains clean and organized. This role demands physical stamina, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, as you will be handling tasks such as cleaning bar counters, washing glassware, managing broken glass and spills, changing beer kegs, and maintaining the ice wells. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical stamina to handle demanding tasks
