We are currently seeking a motivated, high-energy, and detail-oriented Bar Back to become an integral part of our Downtown Food & Beverage team. This full-time position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced setting, exhibit initiative, and desire a stable employment opportunity with competitive pay. The selected candidate will act as the vital support system for our bartenders, ensuring that the bar areas remain well-stocked, organized, and ready for smooth service operations. The Bar Back will handle essential behind-the-scenes duties that contribute directly to the seamless, first-class experience that our members and guests expect and deserve. This role blends responsibilities that are physical, operational, and service-oriented, requiring the ability to multitask and collaborate effectively within a dynamic team environment.

As the right hand to our bartenders, you will ensure that liquor, beer, wine, ice, glassware, and garnishes are consistently stocked and replenished throughout service hours. Inventory management is critical; you will monitor stock levels, promptly changing kegs and restocking coolers and shelves to avoid any interruption in service flow. Maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting workspace is another key aspect of your role—this includes bussing glassware, wiping down counters, and managing trash and recycling pickup to uphold sanitation standards.

Preparation work forms an important part of your daily duties, involving tasks like cutting fruit garnishes and ensuring that all juices and mixers are freshly prepared and readily available. Beyond these fundamental responsibilities, you will assist with opening and closing procedures and support the broader service team when necessary to maximize member satisfaction.
