The company is currently looking for a dedicated Bar Back to join their team in a part-time capacity, offering an hourly wage of $14.00 per hour. This role is essential in supporting the bar staff and ensuring smooth operations within the facility. The Bar Back position requires a positive demeanor, strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a high-energy environment. The individual in this role will be responsible for maintaining various bar areas, assisting servers, and upholding cleanliness and order throughout the premises.

The Bar Back will be an integral part of the day-to-day activities, working closely with bartenders and cocktail servers to provide excellent service to guests. Responsibilities include keeping ice bins, liquor wells, and beer coolers fully stocked, rotating kegs, clearing tables, and managing glassware. The role also involves helping with trash and recycling disposal, addressing any issues that arise by communicating with the Manager on Duty, and assisting in managing unruly patrons if needed. Physical stamina is important as the position requires frequent lifting of items up to 50 pounds and standing or walking for extended periods in a demanding, fast-paced environment.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old to apply for this role and should be available to work during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. A minimum of one year of experience in the bar or restaurant industry is preferred, along with a resilient, positive attitude and a "never quit" mindset.
