Job Requirements
- must be at least 21 years of age
- valid driver’s license and car insurance
- availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- willingness to work flexible hours and various shifts
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
- ability to maintain professional appearance and conduct
- commitment to upholding the company’s vision and values
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in restaurant management or supervisory role
- proficiency with Toast POS system
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to manage money and perform reconciliation
- knowledge of health and safety standards
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- effective problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- supervise shifts to ensure excellent guest service and support team members
- use Toast POS for transactions and manage money reconciliation
- assist with achieving sales targets and company goals
- ensure quality, safety, and health department compliance
- implement systems to empower team members
- maintain professional and positive communication with the team
- partner with management and ownership to enhance restaurant operations
