Salary: $40,000–$55,000 a year
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week), Monday–Friday, with the possibility of overtime beyond 40 hours per week

Telesales Representative Experience Requirements & Skills
- Proven experience as a Telesales Representative or in a similar role
- Familiarity with telesales techniques and best practices
- Experience in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to engage and build rapport with potential and existing customers over the phone
- Demonstrating adaptability to unscripted situations
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to effectively close sales or secure donations
