Pizza Maker Duties & Responsibilities

Prepare a diverse range of pizzas, both from our menu and based on custom orders
Skillfully bake various pizza doughs, including thin crust, thick crust and cheese-stuffed varieties
Craft fresh tomato, pesto and white cream sauces
Take charge of washing and chopping an assortment of vegetables such as tomatoes, peppers, onions and mushrooms
Expertly cut, slice and grill meats like chicken, ham and beef
Monitor food stock levels
Expand culinary offerings by cooking appetizers like mozzarella sticks, pizza bites, garlic breads and salads
Actively contribute to menu enhancement by recommending and introducing new recipes
Uphold a pristine cooking station, ensuring cleanliness and sterilizing equipment regularly to meet hygiene standards

Pizza Maker Experience & Skills

Proven experience in the field of pizza preparation
Demonstrated expertise in handling and shaping pizza dough
Experience in working with brick or stone oven
Strong sense of timing and multitasking ability to handle multiple orders efficiently
Effective collaboration with kitchen staff for seamless workflow
Positive attitude and contribution to a collaborative and dynamic kitchen environment

Pizza Maker Education & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Certification in food safety and hygiene
