Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the packaging area
Follow company protocols for recycling and disposing of packaging materials responsibly
Document and record accurate information related to packaged items, including quantities and specifications

Packer Experience & Skills

Demonstrated work experience as a Packer or a similar role
A solid foundation for packing responsibilities
Proficient in basic shop skills, including the use of hand tools
Strong ability to follow both verbal and written instructions
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail to identify and address any defects or discrepancies in the packaging process
Physical stamina and dexterity to handle repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods during the packing process
Adaptability to changing priorities
Basic mathematical skills for tasks such as measuring and weighing products accurately
Understanding and commitment to safety protocols and guidelines in a manufacturing or warehouse setting
Time management skills to meet production and shipment deadlines

Packer Education & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
