Salary: $16–$18/hour

Tips: No

Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week), Monday–Friday, with the possibility of overtime beyond 40 hours per week

Fulfillment Associate Duties & Responsibilities

• Processing and preparing customer orders for shipment in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintaining precise inventory records to ensure product availability and prevent discrepancies
• Organizing and managing the overall layout and cleanliness of the fulfillment center
• Collaborating with team members to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency
• Utilizing equipment and technology, such as order processing systems and inventory management tools
• Inspecting and ensuring the quality of products before packaging and shipping
• Following established safety guidelines and protocols in all fulfillment activities
• Assisting in receiving and restocking inventory as needed
• Handling customer inquiries and concerns related to order status and fulfillment processes
• Contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment within the fulfillment center

Fulfillment Associate Experience Requirements & Skills

• Prior experience in a fulfillment or warehouse environment (preferred)
• Familiarity with order processing systems and inventory management software
• Accuracy in handling orders, paying close attention to details
• Strong organizational skills to maintain an efficiently arranged fulfillment center
• Ability to operate equipment and technology used in fulfillment processes
• Effective communication skills for coordinating tasks with team members
• Capability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced fulfillment environment
• Basic knowledge of safety protocols and practices in a warehouse setting
• Efficient time management to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move packages as required
• Problem-solving skills to address issues related to order fulfillment
• Customer service mindset to handle inquiries and concerns professionally
