Salary: $18–$53/hour

Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week), with the possibility of overtime beyond 40 hours per week

Operations Associate Duties & Responsibilities

  • Track daily operations, report issues and facilitate resolutions
  • Maintain and manage company databases
  • Perform diverse administrative duties, including answering phones and scheduling appointments
  • Support human resources in recruitment activities and work schedule creation
  • Provide assistance to accounting and payroll
  • Monitor inventory levels and initiate supply orders
  • Regularly review and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure they align with the latest industry standards and organizational requirements
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to actively enforce and uphold company policies
  • Help implement and improve technology solutions, such as a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Act as a point of contact for external vendors and service providers
  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions for new hires and existing staff

Operations Associate Experience Requirements & Skills

  • Proven work experience as an Operations Associate or in a similar role
  • Experience with inventory management, databases or similar software is advantageous
  • Fluency in Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace applications
  • Ability to organize and prioritize task components based on company needs
  • Ability to communicate procedural concerns and suggestions
  • Outstanding analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
