Salary: $18–$53/hour
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week), with the possibility of overtime beyond 40 hours per week
Operations Associate Duties & Responsibilities
- Track daily operations, report issues and facilitate resolutions
- Maintain and manage company databases
- Perform diverse administrative duties, including answering phones and scheduling appointments
- Support human resources in recruitment activities and work schedule creation
- Provide assistance to accounting and payroll
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate supply orders
- Regularly review and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure they align with the latest industry standards and organizational requirements
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to actively enforce and uphold company policies
- Help implement and improve technology solutions, such as a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Act as a point of contact for external vendors and service providers
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions for new hires and existing staff
Operations Associate Experience Requirements & Skills
- Proven work experience as an Operations Associate or in a similar role
- Experience with inventory management, databases or similar software is advantageous
- Fluency in Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace applications
- Ability to organize and prioritize task components based on company needs
- Ability to communicate procedural concerns and suggestions
- Outstanding analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
Operations Associate Education & Qualifications
- High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred
