Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree; 5+ years experience in safety management and/or Workers’ Compensation claims management; Experience managing a successful company wellness program; Experience as a project lead; Understanding of wellness concepts, practices, and procedures; Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office; Ability to facilitate training; Self-starter with ability to meet deadlines; Must pass a background and drug test
