- previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role preferred
- student experience in higher education considered
- proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications
- customer service experience or aptitude required
- effective communication skills

Job Duties
- Manages incoming calls and supports administrative staff
- maintains a professional front-facing presence for the hospital
- answers and transfers telephone calls promptly and professionally
- assists coworkers with preparing documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Windows-based systems
- provides administrative support to leadership team for various projects and tasks
- maintains professional demeanor and appearance when interacting with board members, medical staff, visitors, and community
- stays organized and carries out responsibilities independently, exercising sound judgment and analytical thinking
- demonstrates a positive, team-oriented attitude and strong interpersonal communication skills
- works independently and uses downtime productively
- performs other duties as assigned
