Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Basic office skills including typing, filing, and phone etiquette
  • Ability to remain calm and compassionate when interacting with pets and clients
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Ability to update records and process payments
  • Willingness to learn and adhere to hospital procedures and policies

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Comfortable interacting with various pets including furry, fuzzy, feathered, and scaly friends
  • Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills
  • Basic office skills such as typing, filing, and professional phone etiquette
  • Ability to provide calm and compassionate client interactions
  • Experience with customer service or front desk roles is advantageous

Job Duties

  • Greet patients and clients with a warm, friendly smile and convey a calm, compassionate, and reassuring demeanor
  • Help answer any questions a client may have, including referring them to another team member if needed
  • Update patient records
