Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift 30lbs on a regular basis
- Flexible availability including nights and weekends
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to clearly communicate with team members
- Willingness to comply with health and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Experience in food service or similar environment is preferred but not required
- Ability to prepare basic beverages such as juices, smoothies, tonics, and coffee
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization
- Flexible to work nights and weekends
- Minimum age of 18 years
Job Duties
- Work closely with the tonic bar team and support overall operations
- Handle all food, storage, and cleaning activities in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain sanitation for the back of the house including garbage removal and cleaning floors, coolers, freezers, and stock areas
- Keep the dish pit, line, and prep areas organized and clean
- Replenish dishes, blenders, and other necessary supplies
- Assist tonic bar clerks by preparing juice, smoothie, tonic, and coffee bar drinks while maintaining high productivity and excellent customer service
- Communicate effectively with the tonic bar manager on supplies and equipment needs
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
