Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
- Ability to work in a team with attention to detail and multitasking capability
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Ability to operate a POS system accurately
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Job Duties
- Welcome guests and greet them with a smile when seated
- Prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening and replenish limited drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- Suggest sale of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- Prepare all drinks according to standard using the recipe, glassware, and garnish
- Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them in the POS system
- Ensure the guest is well attended to, offer drink refills and remove any unused items
- Deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank guests, and invite them to return
- Follow all food safety rules
