Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- able to work in noisy, fast paced environment with distractions
- able to move about facility and stand for long periods
- able to lift and carry 30 pounds
- able to walk or stand 100% of shift
- able to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
Job Qualifications
- previous kitchen experience preferred but not required
- ability to clearly communicate with other team members
- self-motivated and disciplined
- must be at least 18 years of age
- able to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- maintain neat, clean and professional appearance in accordance with dress guidelines
Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games
- keep immediate supervisor informed of any problems or significant matters and take corrective action or suggest alternatives
- adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- safely and correctly operate all kitchen equipment
- use chemicals properly in the correct quantities for safety and cost control
- ensure all products are stored properly in the correct location and levels
- prepare and sell food meeting quality indicators and guest expectations
- sell food within recommended time frames
- prepare and cook all food items by recipe and specification
- control costs by following prep sheets to ensure freshness and eliminate waste
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas and stations
- clean kitchen mats, floors, walls and drains
- empty kitchen trash and maintain trash cans
- assist other team members as needed
- maintain a favorable working relationship with team members
- be friendly and able to smile during shifts
