This combination makes it an exciting and rewarding place to work for those who thrive in dynamic settings and enjoy fostering memorable moments for others.
The Kitchen Team Member/Cook role at Buffalo Wild Wings places you directly at the Heart of House, a critical area where all food production happens. This role is perfect for those who enjoy working in a team-oriented environment and have a keen eye for detail and quality. Responsibilities include preparing and cooking a variety of menu items to meet the company’s standards, ensuring food safety and sanitation protocols are followed, and operating kitchen equipment efficiently and safely. The position is designed to not only support day-to-day functions but also to contribute to the overall guest experience by helping produce consistently high-quality food that guests love.
Buffalo Wild Wings offers more than just a job; it offers a career path with advancement opportunities, best-in-class training, and continuous learning programs. The company understands the value of hard work and dedication by offering competitive weekly pay, paid time off, and a comprehensive benefits package (subject to eligibility and availability) that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, and tuition benefits to support your growth both inside and outside of the workplace. Additionally, employees have access to unique programs like the Champions of Hope, community charitable involvement, recognition programs, and wellness tools designed to enhance wellbeing and foster a positive, inclusive work culture.
