The Kitchen Team Member/Cook position at Buffalo Wild Wings is situated directly within the Heart of House, where food preparation and kitchen operations come to life. This role involves working across multiple kitchen stations that include Chip, Shake, Grill, Southwest, and Expo, ensuring that each guest’s order is prepared with skill, consistency, and attention to quality. As a vital part of the culinary team, a Kitchen Team Member directly contributes to creating legendary guest experiences by producing the iconic Buffalo Wild Wings menu items. Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in a kitchen or food preparation role is a plus

  • ability to multi-task and manage time effectively

Job Duties
