Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to see, hear, and speak clearly
- Physical ability to ascend and descend stairs
- Capability to sit and stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Able to bend, stoop, and kneel
- Capacity to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must be free from sedatives and able to perform job functions safely
- Disclosure of any pharmaceuticals affecting job performance
- Qualified to work in Olathe, KS
- Willingness to relocate if necessary
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the US
- Valid driver’s license
- Restaurant experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including day and night
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Cook and prepare meats including steak and chicken
- Maintain a clean and organized grill area
- Properly store and label food items
- Monitor food inventory and notify management of low supplies
- Ensure all food items are cooked to appropriate temperatures
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with cleaning and maintenance tasks in the kitchen
- Perform additional duties as needed to support restaurant operations
